Q: What is your return policy?
A: My ultimate goal is for you to be pleased with your purchase. Should the item you ordered arrive faulty or damaged or is unsatisfactory, please email me at sales@mckeeforme.com within 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange a return for refund or exchange.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Items will be shipped within 1-3 days of your order. Because I use beads and charms from several sources, out of stock or custom orders will take longer to create and ship. In this case I will email you with an estimated shipping date.
Q: How do I order a bracelet in a different size?
A: If a bracelet shown is not your size I will be happy to adjust the length to fit your wrist. Just email me with the length you require.
